Seki Gadgets respects the health and safety of its customers and employees.

This notice is intended to disclose our policy with regard to how we serve customers while the COVID-19 virus is active in our community.

While the mobile device repair industry is considered an essential service, it is also considered high-risk due to high levels of personal contact. To protect our employees, customers, the community and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have elected to continue serving our customers under the following conditions:

Our Responsibilities

  • Our technicians are fully vaccinated against COVID-19;
  • All common surface areas are cleaned with commercial strength sanitisation materials several times per day;
  • All devices are sanitised and placed in sealed bags upon drop off and prior to collection;
  • Technicians are using PPE including gloves and masks;
  • Work stations and repair equipment are sanitised pre and post repair;
  • All devices are kept separate from other devices;
  • We are offering mail-in repair options;
  • We are also offering limited local pickup and delivery options.

Service Process

  • Repairs are taken through pre-arranged appointments only;
  • All communications are electronic;
  • Payment methods are limited to cashless.
