Upon arrival, your device will be identified, labeled, and checked into our system. We record your name, device model, serial number, the specified issues and repairs to be performed.
Step 5: Confirmation and Final Quote
Our technicians will conduct a thorough diagnostics inspection of your device. If the actual repair cost differs from our initial quote, we will contact you with a revised quote for your approval before proceeding with any repairs.
Step 6: Repair and Quality Control
Our expert technicians will perform the necessary repairs to revive your device. The process includes cleaning, comprehensive testing, and final performance verification to ensure optimal functionality.
Step 7: Payment
Upon completion of your repair, we will email you an invoice with payment options.
Step 8: Device Return
Once payment is received, we will email you a receipt and securely package your device for return shipping. If you chose an alternative carrier during the initial process, we will send your device using your selected method. In either case, we ensure prompt and safe return of your device.

Do you offer warranty?
Most of our repairs are backed by our lifetime guarantee, which does not cover any physical or liquid damage or any tampering of the device post repair. If the damage is caused by the customer, it will not be covered by the warranty.
