Absolutely fantastic service! I brought my PS5 Slim in after it started getting extremely loud and gave me an overheating warning. The team was incredibly professional and thorough, completely cleaning and servicing the console and carefully inspecting the cooling system and liquid metal.I was really impressed with how detailed the diagnostic report was and how clearly everything was explained. Really happy with the service from Seki Gadgets. Took my launch PS5 Digital in for overheating and random shutdowns. Shaun was really thorough, replacing the power supply and fan, giving it a full clean and sorting out the liquid metal around the APU. Great communication throughout and I really appreciated the photos showing exactly what was done. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend them for PS5 repairs.

I needed my iPhone 14 pro max battery changed. The process to get quote, make booking was just seamless. All automated with ticketing system. The owner explained the process well, and they even offer a phone to use while yours is being repaired.As a bonus, cleaned the internal componenets, speakers, micophone as well for free.The price for part and labour is pretty good for this level of service.I highly recommend Seki Gadgets for all your electronics repair and for their friendly, affordable and proffesional service.

PS5 Slim was overheating and stopping. Seki explained the common causes. They provided emails detailing stages of work and photos. Shaun also noted the lack of cover plates and identified those which would fit. He very generously installed them for us on pickup. At home, housemate immediately noticed the lack of noise.
