With our free diagnostic service, you don’t even have to worry if we can’t repair it – if it’s not something we can fix, you won’t pay a cent.

We are experienced with most types of repairs and have many years experience in fixing both hardware and software problems. Phone repairs:

Express iPhone repairs generally take between 30-60 minutes and are limited to iPhone screens and batteries only.

For all other phone repairs, it really depends on the device and the repair we are doing.

Tablet repairs:

iPad repairs generally take 3-4 days.

For all other Tablet repairs, it really depends on the device and the repair we are doing.

Laptop & computer repairs:


These repairs are generally completed within 1-2 days and include virus removal, malware removal, spyware removal, software updates, software configurations, as well as software upgrades.

Yes. We offer a range of screen and lens protection solutions for all phone and tablet models.

Absolutely not! We never replace your phones motherboard (which contains all of your phone data). We simply fix or replace the parts that are broken. This means all of your data will be safe, exactly as it was when you brought it in.

Absolutely! We offer both Apple and Android loan devices to our clients. However, we cannot give them out without prior arrangement. If you require a loan device, simply let us know when you make contact with us so we can arrange one for you.

No you don’t. However, we do recommend it because our policy is to complete scheduled repairs before walk-ins. If you want to be certain of your repair time then we advise you to schedule a time to bring it in.

That said, we do our best to get iPhone repairs done for everyone as quickly as possible, so if you don’t schedule an appointment, we can probably repair it for you when you come in but it may take a little longer than normal.
